Refund policy
1. European Union - 14-Day Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU law, customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase and return their item for any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise this right, the product must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).

This 14-day window applies strictly and exclusively to customers located in the European Union.
2. International Returns (Non-EU / USA / Rest of the World) For all orders outside the European Union (including the United States), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or "buyer's remorse" due to the limited nature of our drops.

Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged or defective (see Section 4).
3. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return (EU only or defective items), your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@monclubs.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right (replacement or refund).
5. Return Shipping Costs

For EU returns (Right of Withdrawal), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs.
6. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
